TV Museum

With all the talk of TV making a transition to the Internet it’s nice to find a site like the TV ARK, a site that documents a number of television station identification and promos. One of my favorite identifications (and sound samples) has always been the WBGH identification. It always came on after Nova — a staple program in my family’s viewing habits. It’s odd that the Monty Python’s Flying Circus is not present amongst the comedy shows.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. The TV museum’s cool and everything, but what I’m looking forward to is that long-promised entry on mimi’s or whatever those brain virus things are. As a career hypchondriac, I need to know what my future illnesses will be so I can ruminate on the symptoms well in advance of onset. Last week, an armadillo gave me leprosy. I’m sure of it. He looked at me funny. Hurry!!! –Mike
